Missionary Training Center

What a bider sweet day. .Jeff is heading out the serve in the Chile Santinago West mission. He has the light of christ with him and he is ready to serve. Brian and I now have our 3 youngest brothers serving missions for The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints. My other little brother is serving in the Mississippi Jackson mission speaking spanish and he will be coming home in August. So they missed each other by about 4 months...I think this has been the hardest thing for all of us. Our family is close and it is hard not seeing one another. My brother in law Chris is serving in the Roseville, California mission. We are so thankful for there service and truly do feel blessed...

Jeff packing for his mission

The night that Jeff was packing for his mission...Kali did not want him to go. She kept saying no Jeff...stay home and then getting in the suitcases...She said he could live at our house in the HAIR room (this is the spare bedroom where I get ready) it was the cutest thing...

Another Party

On Kali's real birthday Grandma Carter made Kali this cake and we had a small little party for her. We just have been doing so much parting I wanted to keep things low key. Kali really enjoyed getting to blow out the candles again....and wanted to help cut the cake.

Stickers For Kali's Room

My moms bought Kali these stickers for her birthday...They are so cute. They stick to the wall and then can be peeled off when you are sick of them. Kali & I had lots of fun deciding where to put them...I think I may had more fun than Kali...They were perfect for her room with all the butterflies, bugs & flowers...

She is 2 ft 11 inches tall....(And in the 90% in height) CRAZY
She weighs 28 pounds....
She is very obedient.....
She loves to take a bath....
She loves eggs & oatmeal for breakfast....(One at a time of course)

She loves playing ball with dad and dancing around the house with mom....
She loves watching Little Einstein's & the movie Cars...

Birthday Party

Kali sitting on the counter at my mom's house admiring that grandma made her 2 cakes...Can we all say, "SPOILED"

Kali really wanted a pink ducky cake...so that is what she got. Her birthday was so close to Easter this year that we combined an Easter Party with a birthday party..

Her is everyone helping Kali blow out the candles..

Easter

Here is Kali dying Easter eggs. I didn't want her to get her shirt dirty so my dad came up with this shirt...she had such a fun time with everyone dying eggs....I got the hang of it right away.

Dad hidding the Easter eggs....There was some good stuff in those eggs this year!!

Daddy & Kali Easter morning before going to church...We woke up a little late and none of us got a shower...But I still thought they looked cute.

Bunny

Well for Kali's birthday, my sister Marci and my brother Jeff decided to get Kali a pet....Well this pet is a little white bunny. For those of you who know me know that I don't really loves pets all that much...But Kali has named him Hopper and she loves him. For now he is living in a cage in the garage until it warms up...

She graduated from the mom and tot class and i think it is more work for the mom...Getting everything ready to go...Getting in, getting out....lol but we had a really good time and Kali loves to swim...I can't wait till she can do lessons at the outdoor pool...Summer where are you??

Feeding the Ducks

My mom & dad have this great duck feeding spot a mile or so from there house. So now my mom has to start saving old bread & bagels so that when Kali comes they can go feed the ducks. And there are these cute little goats there as well. Someone has built a little ledge along the fence so that kids can stand up and see. It is quite the feeding place.
Kali, Brian & Grandma Pratt getting there food ready to feed...

Thoroughly enjoying feeding the ducks...

Papa Pratt & Kali admiring all the ducks...

Kali sneaking some of the ducks dinner :)

And last but not least...watching so intently...

St. Patricks Day

Well for St. Patricks Day I think it is always fun to do something a little out of the ordinary but also to not go overboard. So this year Kali and I made GREEN pancakes for breakfast. She enjoyed getting to help out. That is one really fun thing about having a girl...They are born little girls and always want to help.
