Birthday's

As a family we just are getting so many birthday that we have decided to combine some of them...Making or buying only one cake or pie...We end up throwing so much of it away..Especially the ice cream. My family is not much of an ICE Cream family. But having birthday's together when you get a little older is way more fun. Here are some pictures...Kali enjoyed there boxes more than anything..I think that is what I will give her for Christmas....

Her is Kali enjoying the boxes more than anything else.

Kali helping Kelli get to her presents...She was a really big help.

Seth, Marci & Jeff chillin before we watch football and open presents.

Bowling

For Jeff & Kelli's birthday the family went Bowling. I can't believe how expensive bowling is. My dad paid for all 7 of us and the total came to $90.00. I couldn't believe it. But we had so much fun...Thanks Dad!!

My hot 18 year old brother...Happy Birthday Jeff...

Kali was in seventh heaven with all of the balls. And of course Papa had to buy her some french fries...with dip of course...

My 2 Sick Babies!!

Well a couple of weeks ago our family came down with the aches and pains...Everywhere from a stuffy head, earache to a runny nose. Lucky we weathered the storm pretty well. Now we just hope we didn't pass it to any family members. Here is a picture with dad and kali being "sick". As you can see Brian was the one with the Earache...I am glad my 2 babies are feeling well again.

More HalLoWeEn

This is how we started off our day....with a sucker in the bath tub. Brian and I had gone with her to the mall the night before and bought her a sucker....Well we forgot to hide it so in the morning that is the first thing she wanted...and I decided it was Halloween and why not start it off right...And even nicer that she was in the tub....nothing to get sticky....(All you parents should try this)

Kali was the cutest little BEE. I let her wear her costume all month long and she really started to love it. She wore the hat and everything all day and all night. I took her to Brian's work and he walked her around. She can't say trick or treat yet but she sure did get Thank You down. We then headed to my work for a luncheon and trick or treating...Needless to say she made a hall of candy before she even went Trick or Treating. Brian and I took her to a few houses in our Neighborhood and then headed to see all the Grandma's.... After visiting all the Provo grandmas...we went to SlC to vist another grandma. Brian headed to the Colorado State Vs, BYU game so we stayed the weekend in SLC. We had a fun Halloween. Can't wait till next year.

My Little Cleaner!!

It must be true about what they say... KIDS reflect the parents. I don't consider myself OCD by any means, but I do like a clean, orderly home. At times I do get crazy about it but I am definitely getting better. I have learned a lot having Kali. There is always a sippy cup that is not washed or that is full of water or Juice (and it is ok) There is often more that one book laying on the family room floor (and it is ok) when we have Primary meetings at my house and we bring ALL the kids, and all the toys come out of the toy-box (it is again, OK) I have learned toys and books can be quickly put away, sippy cups can be washed with ease....and again it is OK. I just thought these pictures where so cute. Anytime Brian or I is cleaning, wiping up something, doing laundry ext. Kali wants her own rag and she will do it right along with you. Today I found her with her Diaper Wipes cleaning my living room tables....(I will have to admit my first reaction inside was...ahh (now I will have to wipe them down) but I stopped and admired her for a job well done...and quickly got my camera....Thanks for all your help KALI.

Here are some projects I did last year and the year before. I made this spider pillow out of a place-mat bought from Kolhs...A fun activity for younger children. I made this Ghost, Witch & Pumpkin in my mom's ward...It was really fun and adds some color around the Holidays. I have a really cute Ghost that I put outside that is made out of Velt that you hang over a tomato rack and put outside with white lights...I will post when I get it up...

Sign of FALL

It seems lately I am into signs and sentimental saying and putting up my halloween decorations. It has been really fun. Those of you who know me I have a really hard time putting things up on my walls!! (Making holes in my walls that is) I blame this on my mother.... :) She has very nicely painted walls and also has a hard time making wholes....because it takes so much work to get them like that....But occasionally I will find something I really like...I will put it in that room for a couple of weeks, or months and then I will finely hang it up...And of course then I love it. I just took some random pictures just for fun so I could remember the Halloween Season in the future...

I found this cute saying a couple of months ago at Quilted Bear and fell in love with it...
I just thought it was such a great saying and I had to have it.... I still get butterfly's when I read it...I know pathetic!!

This is another one of m favorites...Now I just need Aunt Tiff to take a cute picture of our Family!!

When I saw this saying I loved it...and remember I have to LOVE something to purchase it. Mom my and Brian helped me put it up in our bathroom above our jetted tub. I think it added a lot to the bathroom.

I think this is a perfect display of fall. I had our name put on this Scarecrow couple a few years ago. I love the flower display that I keep up all year.

Friends

My friend Brittany needed me to watch her 2 kids for a couple of hours a few days ago. Kali had so much fun having 2 sisters all day. They played so well together and there weren't even any tears. Addy is 4 and Lauren is 19 months...So they had lots of fun. Brittany bring them anytime to play.

Addy & Kali taking everything out of the toy box....don't worry more that once that day. They played with every toy in there...Good thing about taking everything out is that the toys get rotated...ones they forgot they liked...re-surface!!

I came inside for a minute and when I came back out this is what I found...The two of them in the CAR...I remind you this is the car I bought at a garage sell for 5 dollars...they are like 50 something in the store...I thought I came out on top this time.

Zoo

Brian had a few days to kill and sometime of off work so we decided to take Kali to the Hoogle Zoo. We had such a fun time. We made peanut butter sandwiches brought a couple of treats and spent a few hours walking around. Kali really loved the ZOO and was really interested in all of the ANIMALS....Here are a few pictures we took.

Working in the Yard

Kali loves to help Brian and I in the yard....And she loves helping Grandma and Grandpa weed and pick flowers. This was the cutest thing when I walked out of the house to see my dad and Kali bent over picking weeds with there bucket....I remember this as a little girl...Yard work on Saturdays and then some fun to follow.

My Dad & Kali getting read for Grants; wedding reception!!

Mom & Dad getting busy....

Grandpa Pratt & Kali having lots of fun in the bushes!!

We are both so luck to have all brothers and sister all about the same age..on both sides. Seth and Kelli just had there 1 year anniversary about a month ago. We love Kelli and Seth!! Happy Birthday Seth..

i hope it was a good WISH

Bath Time

The other night we were at our friends house Tyson & Chris. They have a little girl Ava that is just about 2. Kali and Ava play so well together and this particular night Ava wanted Kali to take a bath with her....So we did....They played in there for at least 30 minutes good as gold. Maybe we should put kids in the bath more often :)

Photo Shoot

Last Saturday Kali and I were getting ready for the day and it was a little cloudy outside so I decided to pull out some pants and a little sweater and get her dressed, and then I could not resist taking a few PHOTOS. She is now trying to smile in her own cute way. Kali and I have so much fun with dad home on Saturdays....We play, go on bike rides and then head to lunch. We just always look forward to the weekends with Daddy.

Driving into Seattle

Driving into Seattle and over looking the city with the bridges and the bay and lakes was quite a sight to see. Brian and I had so much fun with his family and friends. And of course the best part of the trip was that the COUGS came away with a Victory. Enjoy Seattle as you take a little journey through lots of pictures and fun times.
