Well after the Festival of Trees we decided to grab a "quick" lunch. Key word is "Quick". We thought since it was 2:00 in the afternoon we would just grab soup & salad and be on our way. Well we jinksed ourselfs from the get go. First of all our waiter introduced himself with a different name than what was on his tag....Didn't get salad or breadsticks until our soup came out. Asked for a refill 2 or 3 times and he acted as if we never asked....Then when it was time to pay....oh my goodness...Gave him 26 dollars and told him to keep the change...and he brought us 5 dollars back and told us that he rounded up....ok,,,, come to find out he switch our money and the change was for my Aunt Mary but her bill was only 8 dollars and wanted change back...so she should have gotten 11 dollars....not 5.... and wasn't anything to do with our bill.....Gee I have such a hard time eating out these days. I feel like we always get poor service and we are paying decent prices for food, does anyone feel the same way...Just had to share that eventful experience...with the pictures to follow. Oh one more thing with Kathy's food....This is how he packaged it...Broke up the breadsticks and some how managed to mangle the Alredo with the bread....Imagine that....EVENTFULLLL!!

That is such a funny story. You are too cute. It sounds like he had it out for you guys. Stop ticking off the waiter Kristen! Anyway, the pictures of Kali are darling as well. Girls are so fun to dress. Just hope your daughter lets you do her hair and pick out her clothes when she is 2. We have about 3 outfit changes a day around here, with messy hair. Good times. I'm a little worried about having a boy. I wonder how it will be different. Well anyway, love the blog, keep it up!
I hate that!!I had a similar experience at Iggys only we ordered apitizers that we never recieved and then were charged for and ALL of our orders were screwed up!!
that is so crazy - what a strange server! How frustrating, at least it looks like you had a fun time out with the girls!
I read this at work and couldn't stop laughing! I can't believe the waiter packaged her food like that! Kali is so adorable!!
